These Terms govern your access and use of Checspro, owned and operated by Vifin. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable Indian laws.

Definitions

  • Vifin – Registered company under Companies Act, 2013 (Chennai, India).
  • Checspro – Cloud-based hospital insurance automation platform.
  • User – Any hospital or organization using Checspro.
  • Content – Data uploaded or processed via Checspro.

Acceptance of Terms

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have authority to enter into this agreement.
  • You comply with Indian laws.
  • Information provided is accurate.

Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of credentials.
  • Responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Report unauthorized access immediately.

Use of Platform

  • Permitted for insurance claims & pre-authorization processing.
  • Prohibited from hacking, reverse engineering, or reselling.

Data & Liability

  • Service provided “as is”.
  • Liability limited to subscription fees (12 months).
  • No indirect or consequential damages.
