when you use Checspro, our hospital insurance claims automation platform.
1. Information We Collect
- Provided Information: Organization details, patient data, claim details, medical documents, settlement information.
- Automatically Collected: Login times, IP address, device details, browser type, activity logs.
- Email Communications: Emails and attachments exchanged with TPAs.
- Cookies: Used for login, analytics, preferences, and security.
2. How We Use Information
- Process insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Perform OCR & document extraction
- Generate reports & reconcile settlements
- Ensure security & fraud detection
- Maintain audit logs & legal compliance
We do not sell data or use patient information for marketing.
3. Sharing of Information
- With TPAs for claim processing
- Within your organization (admin oversight)
- Service providers (AWS India, Google Cloud, payment processors)
- Legal authorities when required
- Business transfers (mergers/acquisitions)
- Aggregated anonymized analytics
4. Data Security
- TLS/SSL encryption
- Encryption at rest
- Access control & authentication
- Secure data centers (Mumbai & New Delhi)
In case of a data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours.
5. Data Retention
- Active subscription duration
- 90 days post termination
- Medical/financial records retained 5–7 years
- Backups retained 90 days
- Anonymized data retained indefinitely
6. Your Rights
- Access & correction
- Deletion (subject to legal obligations)
- Export of data
- Withdraw consent
- Opt-out of marketing emails

7. Email Integration
- Gmail – Read-only TPA email access
